Over the summer, Shareable.net and SF Public Press collaborated on a major investigation of San Francisco's Treasure Island redevelopment as a case study in how Shareable ideals are shaped by market and political forces. On September 20, we'd like to invite you to eat and drink with us at the Hub SoMa in San Francisco, and to hear from our Treasure Island reporting team about the city's $6 billion plans for a green remake of this artificial island in the Bay. They'll also share updates on what's happened since the Public Press published the special section on Treasure Island in the June print edition.

WHEN: Monday, Sept. 20 — 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

WHERE: Hub SoMa, 901 Mission St. @ 5th St., SF

RSVP: Sign up on Facebook, or send your name and the number of people in your party to rsvp [at] sfpublicpress [dot] org.
