FoundersandFunders.com is holding the provocatively-titled Life 3.0 – Love, Sex, and Tech, a showcase of startups that promise to "change the way you live" in regard to relationships, dating, social interaction, and sex. The event is on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in San Francisco.
The startups at Life 3.0 include Sonar, a mobile app to reveal hidden connections with people nearby; engag.io, an inbox for online conversations; a plethora of new online dating sites; some stealth-mode startups that will unveil their product at Life 3.0; and a couple of racy businesses that won't get a description in this blog post. In total, 30 startups are currently listed. Attendees get to see demos of the products, vote for their favorite startups, and network with the startups' founders and investors. Tickets are available online and cost $25 through Tuesday the 17th.
