Raphael Meyer

After finishing his BS at UC Berkeley, Phel joined Accenture, an information technology consulting firm, where he learned the ins and outs of doing business in a complicated world. He soon realized that tech consulting wasn’t for him, though, and eventually went back to school to study business and sustainability at the University of Michigan's Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise. He spent a lot of time there working on sustainability-related issues on campus and in the corporate world, being reminded on a daily basis that the world’s most pressing challenges aren’t exactly solving themselves. He has now started a business, BizeeBox, aimed at reducing waste and promoting reuse, but his biggest goal in life remains to somehow contribute to making the world a better place.
