Oliva Boler
Olivia Boler’s first novel, Year of the Smoke Girl, was published in 2000 by Dry Bones Press, and her latest short fiction appears in the anthology Cheers to Muses: Contemporary Works by Asian American Women. A freelance writer, Olivia has published in Marin Magazine, San Francisco Chronicle Book Review, and Poets & Writers, among others. She earned an MA in creative writing from UC Davis. Things I share: "Sharing is hard!" So says my four-year-old. But we share snacks, toys, blankets, and a love of dancing. I've been known to share recipes, money (charitable donations to legit organizations and a Street Sheeter, if I can spare it), a cab, books, clothes, and in desperate situations, a toothbrush.
