Britni Ruff

Britni Louise is a musician, doula and community organizer. Originally born in Bronx, NY, she was raised in Prince George’s County, MD before moving to Atlanta in 2013 to attend Spelman College. A member of Endstate Atlanta, Britni began Black Queer Feminist, abolitionist organizing in 2019, and in the years since has represented Endstate as a founding member of the Free Atlanta Abolition Movement, and the Fulton Crisis Care Coalition. In 2021, Britni became a certified labor doula and childbirth educator and has since supported several families during their birth and postpartum experience. Presently, Britni works full-time as a healthline coordinator at Access Reproductive Care-Southeast and is pursuing a career in midwifery.
