Erica Etelson wrote earlier in the week about the party kit, a collection of reusable party supplies she put together for birthday parties and other get-togethers to reduce waste and save money. Erica's idea was to share the party kit with her neighbors, but to date, her neighbors haven't taken her up on the offer.
