The Hartford City-Share project [HCSP] is an organization whose mission is to make Hartford a vibrant, thriving city, and one of the best cities in the nation for sharing. As this movement grows, the HCSP will explore how city stakeholders and the sharing community can work together to help the Sharing Economy flourish in Hartford to benefit the city, businesses, and communities.
