Joseph Jackson
Joseph is a philosopher, entrepreneur, and activist in the Open Science Movement. He created the Open Science Summit to promote the transition to a radically more efficient paradigm for sharing scientific knowledge. He is co-founder of BioCurious the first Bay Area hackerspace for biotechnology. He has studied peer production since 2001 when the Napster Revolution prompted him to explore new models for collaborative sharing as the basis of 21st century economics.
